Katherine is the director of operations and the children’s minister. She and her husband, Chris, live in Richmond, VA. Chris is currently working as a product owner for a bank. As a family they love hikes with their dog, board games, home renovation and exploring Richmond City with friends.
Katherine graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Psychology (B.S.). Living in Blacksburg post graduation, she worked as a Mental Health Case Manager for children. After moving to Richmond she worked as a Case Manager to foster children who were aging out of care to help their transition into adulthood. In 2016, she transitioned fields and began working for a bank in their mortgage department. In 2020 she left banking to work for Church of the Incarnation.
